Kathy Hinshaw, Community Outreach Coordinator, CNNCUNCG Research congratulates the Center for New North Carolinians (CNNC) and its Latino Outreach Coordinator Kathy Hinshaw on receiving $17,800 in funding for their “Latino Community Coalition of Guilford County” project.
The Latino Community Coalition of Guilford County represents and advocates for the various Hispanic and Latino populations in Guilford County. To appropriately serve the community, the relatively new Coalition needs support in building capacity in several areas. With funding from Hispanics in Philanthropy and collaborative support from CNNC, the Coalition will build its capacity in the areas of fundraising, marketing, leadership developing, and management.
