Get to know us
I was born and raised here in Greensboro, North Carolina. I have been here my entire life and love my community. What inspired me to join the ACCESS Project is my desire to get involved and positively impact the community I grew up in. After completing my required 900 hours of AmeriCorps service, I plan to continue serving until my service ends because I am committed to helping my community. After my AmeriCorps year ends, I want to reapply for the following year and continue to make an impact.
Furthermore, I want to help others who may want to join AmeriCorps but are unsure, to encourage them. A unique thing about myself, which is how I spend my free time, is competing in triathlons, which I recently got into. I spend my free time training and exercising, which helps relieve a lot of my stress.
