Teleservice is permitted only under compelling circumstances and requires pre-approval from the Site Supervisor and Program Director. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any off-site hours completed before receiving pre-approval will be disallowed. Teleservice requests must be temporary, not ongoing. Please fill in the required information to submit your request.
